1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ma99 platform and all its services. By visiting the ma99 website or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the full contents of these Terms.

ma99 operates an online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are established in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and Bangladeshi courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one ma99 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ma99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other documents for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your ma99 account is entirely your responsibility. You must always keep the following in mind:

• Never share your password or login details with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password that you have not used on any other site.
• Avoid logging in from public computers or unsecured networks.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions made from your account.

4 Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ma99 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds must come only from your own registered payment account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be sent to your verified payment account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may be held for review.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on ma99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable taxes or duties are entirely the user's responsibility. ma99 does not accept responsibility for deducting any taxes or duties.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• To withdraw the bonus, you must wager a total of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per user account.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

ma99 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own rules, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. General terms relating to bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses apply to one personal account only.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• ma99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

ma99 uses third-party certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, ma99 reserves the right to void that round and, where applicable, refund the wagered amount. Claims for any abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be accepted.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and are shown in the game interface. ma99 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time. As part of responsible gaming, users may set their own bet limits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonus benefits or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ma99 website and platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of ma99. Copying, distributing, or using these materials without prior written permission from ma99 is prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability
